About Our Goup
The research interests of our group are the fundamental characterizations and applications of two-dimensional (2D) atomic crystals. In particular, we fabricate and characterize the van der Waals (vdW) field effect transistors toward performance enhancement by employing transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) channel, hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) insulating layer and graphene electrode, and we apply it for gas molecule sensor. Furthermore, we are also studying for surface engineering of 2D atomic crystals FETs by various straightforward processes leading to remarkable enhancement in the performance.
