Our research goal is to develop extremely high performance electronics based on nano materials such as quantum dots, carbon nanotube, graphene, nanowire, etc. Current research interests of our group are shown below with representative results.
- Developing light emitting diodes and photodetectors using quantum-dots
- Developing carbon based nano-materials such as carbon nanotube arrays and graphene for a high performance electronics.
- Conducting research on the electronics structure of carbon nanotube/graphene for engineering their electrical properties.
- Developing extremely high performance nanotube TFTs on a plastic substrate.
