The remarkable plasticity of plant development relies on highly integrated signaling networks, which orchestrate development in response to developmental, hormonal, and environmental signals. We wish to identify such complex signaling networks at the molecular level, using a wide range of biochemical, proteomic, and genomic approaches. Currently, we are especially interested in how plants sense and respond to temperature changes using plant thermomorphogenesis as a model system (above).
