The main research topic of the Nano Photonic Devices Laboratory is development of functional and high performance devices, processing methods and materials itself, which are applied to photonic devices such as Light-emitting Diodes and Solar Cells. Our researches cover growth of photonic materials, fabrication of high efficient devices, and its packaging issues. In addition, simulations and characterizations of devices and materials are also carried out in our laboratory.
