2D 재료인 그라핀은 그 전기적인 특성 때문에 많은 관심을 받고 있는 물질이다. 그라핀은 p,n 도핑과 그 접합 방법에 따라 다양한 성질 변화를 보이며 이를 활용 여러 분야에서 광검출의 매개체로 사용 할 수 있다. 본 논문은 그라핀 p-n 접합을 활용한 광접합에 대한 기본원리와 앞으로 어떻게 이용되며 연구 될 것인지를 제시해주고 있다.
