영국 NPL의 운영체제 변경 관련자료 The National Physical Laboratory became a Government Owned Contractor Operated(GOCO) laboratory in 1995. Since then the new management has trimmed costs and restructured the organisation. As a result some 150 more scientists are employed - an increase of about 20%. Under GOCO, NPL's scientific quality has received positive reports from external assessors.
