>항산화 시험을 하기 위해 DPPH법으로 사용하려 DPPH를 Et-OH에 녹여서 control을 잡았는데 DPPH 용액만을 가지고 delta값을 얻었는데 상당히 크게 나옵니다. 가지고 있던 시약이 냉동보관되어있기는 하였지만 사용기간이 1년이 넘었는데 dpph에 대한 일반사용상에 주의점을 알려주셨으면 합니다. 감사합니다.
