혹시 in vivo wounding 에 관하여 아시는 분 계신가요?? 저희가 마우스에서 이 실험을 하고자 하는데 운딩챔버가 필요해서요... 관련 자료 있으신분 부탁드립니다.

    Migration assay 중 scratch wounding을 통한 실험을 하시려는 것으로 보입니다. 근데 특별히 이 실험만을 위해 따로 chamber를 쓰는가요? 아무리 봐도 일반 cell을 키우는 incubator를 이용하면 될거 같은 생각이 드는데요.. ^^; 아래는 한 논문에서 발췌한 내용입니다. 도움이 되셨으면 좋겠네요. Cells were seeded into 6-cm culture dishes and grown in medium containing 10% FBS to nearly confluent cell monolayers, which were then carefully scratched using a 10μL pipette tip. Cellular debris was removed by washing with PBS. After wounding by scratching, the cultures were incubated at 37c and photographed immediately(t=0) and 2 and 4 hours later. The number of cells that migrated into the cell-free zone was evaluated.
