Protamine sulfate 구조식??

모르는게 많다보니 자주 들르게 됩니다.^^ Sigma에서 실험용 Protamine sulfate를 구입했는데, Molecular weight가 대략 5.1 KDa 이라고만 나와 있네요. basic protein 이라는 것은 알겠는데, 다른 정보가 부족해서요. 혹시 구조식이라던지, 기타 물질에 대한 정보를 아시면 좀 알려주세요. 부탁드리겠습니다.

    위키 피디아에는 다음과 같이 설명이 나왔있군요. Protamine sulfate is a drug that reverses the anticoagulant effects of heparin by binding to it. Protamine is isolated from the sperm of various fish, and is a highly cationic peptide. It binds to heparin to form a stable ion pair which does not have anticoagulant activity. This complex is then removed and broken down by the reticuloendothelial system. Dosage for heparin reversal is 1mg Protamine sulfate i.v. for every 100 IU of active heparin. It causes significant histamine release resulting in hypotension and bronchoconstriction, and also causes pulmonary hypertension. Infusion should be slow to minimise these side effects. In large doses, protamine itself has some anticoagulant effect. Protamine sulfate is usually administered to reverse the large dose of heparin administered during certain surgeries, especially heart surgery.
