    >biomass에 들어있는 전분 함량 분석방법을 찾고 있는데 잘 찾아지질 않네요. >부탁 드립니다. 가장 보편화된 방법중에 glucose oxidase를 사용한 정량분석법입니다. 1. a mild alkaline-sonic extraction of starch from source samples 2. starch hydrolysis of the neutralized, filtered extracts by 1 N HC1 3. the determination of liberated glucose by the specific glucose oxidase system 비슷하지만 다른 방법으로는, 1. Add 10 ml enzyme solution in buffer (pH 6.9); pancreatic a -amylase (500U) 2. 0.1 M tris-maleate buffer solution (calcium chloride 4mM) 3. Mix 16 hours at 37°C; then add 40 ml ethanol 4. Leave 1 hour; then centrifuge 5. Wash residue twice with 80% EtOH, dry at 60°C 6. Add 1.56 ml H2O, then add 1.5 ml 4M KOH 7. Mix 0.5 hours at room temperature, and Add 12 ml H2O 8. To 1.5 ml dispersion, add approximately 0.65 ml 2M acetic acid (to obtain pH 4.5) and 0.1 ml amyloglucosidase (20/0.1 ml 0.1 M Na acetate buffer pH 4.5)and shake 90 min. at 65°C 9. Determine glucose using glucose oxidase assay
