2. M2 -- Excision and Amplification of Large Genomic Segments in E. coli and S. cerevisiae
Completed.
Our experimental scheme will be applied to human cells.
We are also carrying out genomic engineering projects.

M1 -- Purification and Characterization of Buforin I & II, and Parasin I
Completed.
The detailed studies on their mechanisms of action and their structure-function relationships are in progress.
