Research interest
인체, 오가노이드, 동물모델을 이용한 genome sequencing 및 bioinformatics 분석을 통해 somatic mutation의 발생 기전을 이해함으로써 정상 세포의 암세포로의 진화과정을 규명하고자 합니다.
Our main research goal is to understand the mechanisms of somatic mutations and the molecular trajectories of malignant transformation of normal cells using systematic computational analyses of genome and multi-omics dataset obtained from primary human tissues, 3D-organoid and mouse models.

3. Understanding patterns and mechanisms of structural variations
4. Understanding cell dynamics in human early embryogenesis using endogenously acquired somatic mutations
