안녕하세요.. endothelial cell에서NO를 생성하는 반응에 주된 효소인 nitric oxide synthase(e-NOS)에 대해 실험상 알고 싶은게 있습니다. 대부분의 실험에서 e-NOS phosphorylation을 유도하는데 사용하는 물질이 어떤것이 있는지요? 빠른 답변 부탁드릴께요..
