- 세계는 지금 디지털 중심의 메가트렌드가 확산되고 있다. 글로벌 사회는 디지털 트랜스포메이션의 가속화, 비대면의 일상화, 정부의 역할 확대 등 유래 없이 빠른 속도로 변화하고 있으며, 그 변화의 중심에는 소프트웨어(SW)가 있다. 우리에게는 이처럼 빠른 변혁 속에서 디지털 강국으로 대도약하기 위한, SW에 대한 국가 차원 중장기적 관점의 종합적이고 균형감 있는 미래 경쟁력 제고가 필요하다. 이를 위해, 향후 10년 이상을 내다보는 글로벌 메가트렌드와 SW의 패러다임 변화를 분석할 필요가 있다. 이 보고서에서는 미래의 트렌드를 주요 미래상, 국제정세, 산업과 사회의 변화 등 관점의 심도있는 분석을 통해 SW메가트렌드를 도출하고자 한다. 그리고 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 2030 SW를 통한 미래상을 예측하고, 이를 효과적으로 대응하기 위해 어떠한 정책들이 필요할지 살펴보고자 한다.

Executive Summary
- The world is now experiencing a digital-centric megatrend. The global society is changing at an unprecedented speed, such as accelerating digital transformation, making non-face-to-face everyday life, and expanding the role of the government. At the center of that change is software (SW). We need a comprehensive and balanced future competitiveness enhancement from a national mid- to long-term perspective on SW in order to take a great leap forward as a digital powerhouse amid such rapid transformation. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the global megatrend and the paradigm change of SW for the next 10years or beyond. It is intended at this report to derive SW megatrends through in-depth analysis of future trends from perspectives such as major future visions, international situations, and changes in industry and society. And based on these analysis results, we will try to foresight the future through 2030 SW and examine what policies are needed to effectively respond to it.
