통신 프라이버시: 도청 및 암호의 정치학 스크랩

Long-term Vision of Natural Gas Pipeline Network Creation in Northeast Asia and Mechanisms of its Realization * 21세기 청정에너지로서 수요가 날로 증가하고 있는 천연가스의 안정적 확보를 위해서는 천연가스 자원을 풍부히 보유하고 있는 러시아를 비롯하여 천연가스를 파이프라인을 통해 우리나라로 수입할 경우 경유지가 될 수 있는 중국, 일본 등 동북 아시아 국가들과의 긴밀한 협조 및 상호 이해가 필수적이다. 동북아시아 파이프라인 회의는 이러한관점에서 볼 때 매우 중요한 만남의 장이라고 불 수 있으므로 본인은 좌장 역할 수행 및 논문 발표 등을 통하여 보다 적극적으로 회의에 참여하고자 하였다. 또한 영국의 BG 회사를 방문하여 천연가스 생산 및 저장 현황을 살펴봄으로써 앞으로 우리나라가 천연가스 에너지를 소비함에 있어서 고려해야 할 여러가지 경제적, 기술적 정보들을 획득할 수 있었다.

V-22 Osprey Tilt-Rotor Aircraft 스크랩

Congress has supported the V-22 as a new technology with multi-service military applications as well as civilian uses, since derivative of this tilt-rotor aircraft could be used in civil aviation with commercial and foreign sales implications. Proponents argue that it can replace aging helicopters in all four services with a multi-purpose aircraft that has more capability. Critics question its military value and affordability at a time of reduced defense spending and argue that its performance would not be workth the cost of developing and producing this tilt-rotor aircraft.
