중국의 우주백서(2000.11.23 중국정부 발표) 스크랩

중국은 인류역사의 초창기부터 발달된 문명을 가졌고 고대 중국인이 개발한 화약화살은 현대 우주발사체의 원조이다. 1949년 중화인민공화국 성립이후 중국은 자체적인 우주기술을 개발하였다. 중국은 1970년대 최초의 인공위성을 개발발사 성공하였고, 많은 우주분야에서 세계수준을 보유하고 있다. 이러한 배경하에 발표된 2000.11.23 중국정부 발표된 중국의 우주백서로써 우주개발의 기본원칙, 발전현황, 미래 발전계획, 국제협력추진등에 관한 내용을 싣고 있다.

Our Changing Planet:The FY2001 U.S.Global Change Research Program is a report to COngress supplementing the President's FY 2001 budget, pursuant to the Global Change Research Act of 1990. The report describes the U.S. Global Change Research program(USGCRP); summarizes recent highlights in global change research, assessment, and observations, and highlights of the FY2001 budget; discusses the seven Program Elements and FY2001 plans in each of these research areas; and includes an appendix that details the FY 2001 budget, including program components and program highlights for each of the departments and agencies that comprise the USGCRP. Achieving the goals of this program will require continued strong support for the scientific research needed to improve understanding of how human activities are affecting the global environment, and of how natural and human-induced global change is affecting society and ecosystems.

China's Development Strategy:The Knowledge and innovation Perspective 스크랩

This report provides the elements of policy evaluation and advice prepared by the World Bank in response to a request made by the Chinese Government. The work is based on three missions to China during May-July 2000, including site visits to four Chinese cities(Beijing, Guiyang, Shanghai, and Wuhan). Also included are insights from interviews with numerous Chinese officials, professionals, entrepreneurs, and managers of foreign-owned enterprises, scientists, diplomats, and staff from international organizations. A series of 12 background papers were developed by well-known Chinese experts on selected topics relevant to this study. This report consolidates what we feel is essential for the Chineses authorities to consider as they develop the knowledge and innovation strategy for their 10th five-year plan. The report concentrates on features specific to China and draws on lessons of best pratice from the industrial and developing nations regarding the management of knowledge andd the climate favorable to innovation as a source of growth and prosperity.
