1) 자료명 ; The influence of the Environment Management System (EMS) on the policy and work relations in companies in France 2) 저자 ; Cabinet Paul de Backer 3) 출판사 ; 프랑스 에너지/환경청 4) 출판날짜 ; 2000년 11월 5) 내용소개 ; 환경관리시스템 (ISO 14001)이 회사의 정책과 운영에 미치는 영향을 프랑스환경부 주관으로 앙케이트 조사 (200개 회사) 와 실사를 통하여 조사한 보고서 분석자 서문 중: 이 보고서는 EMS으로 인해 회사내에서 이루어지는 일의 업무와 조직과 회사원들간의 어떤 영향을 주고 있는지를 프랑스 환경에너지 관리청(ADEME)과 DBF 자문조직(Paul de Backer Consulting)에서 조사하여 연구분석했다. 그리하여 이 조사를 바탕으로 향후 5년 내에 프랑스에서 EMS를 구축하는데 필요한 수요를 예측하고 회사내에서 진정한 EMS 효과를 위한 준비 및 개발 과제를 얻는데 목적이 있다. 여기에 사용된 조사방법은 설문지를 ISO14001 시스템을 가지고 있는 회사 업종별로 200개 회사에 보내어 이중 102개회사에서 응해온 것과 기타 18개 회사는 직접 방문하여 조사를 했다. 다중선택형 질문은 200개 회사중에서 건강,안전,작업환경위원회(CHS-CT)에 의뢰하여 조사되었다. 구체적 분석항목은 다음과 같다. “환경관리자는 누구이며 어떻게 이 업무를 맡게 되었는가?”, “이들은 얼마나 시간을 회사내에서 이 시스템을 위해서 헌신하고 EMS와 관련되어 어떤 임무를 갖고 있는가?”, “이들은 회사내에서 어떻게 의사소통을 하며 어떤 교육과 훈련을 받는가?”, “ISO14001이 재정적으로 급료에 이들에게 얼마나 영향을 주는가?”, “EMS의 효과는 내적, 외적으로 어느 정도이며 노조 대표인 CHS-CT는 이 시스템과 관련하여 어떤 역할을 하는가?” 이 자료의 분석은 중국 연변과학기술대학에 계신 박종원교수님께서 수고해 주셨습니다. 궁금하신 점음 박사님께 문의하시기 바랍니다. e-mail : pjwojs@hope.ybust.edu.cn 첨부 .The Influence of EMS-Summary 원문.doc .The influence of the Environment Management System(EMS) 박종원.pdf
