Collaborative Research on the Improvement of Irrigation Operation and Management: Water Quality Investigations 스크랩

In the fiscal year 1999(from 1 July 1998 to 30 June 1999), the Council of Agriculture(COA) and the Irrigation Associations of Taiwan provided support to the research on the improvement of irrigation operation and management, carried out by the International Water Management Institute(IWMI) in collaboration with the Agricultural Engineering Research Center(AERC). The COA has been supporting the collaborative research program since the fiscal year 1998, and this second year's program is in part a continuation of the first year's program with added different components. There are four main components to the program: 1. SRILANKA: Irrigation and Drainage Water Quality and Impacts of Human Activities on the Aquatic Environment in a Southeastern Part of Sri Lanka 2. MEXICO: Urban Wastewater Reuse for Corp Production in the Water-Short Guanajuato River Basin, Mexico 3. WATER QUALITY GUIDELINES: Limitations of Irrigation Water Quality Guidelines from Multiple Use Perspective 4. PAKISTAN: Water Quality and Health Impacts of Domestic Use of Irrigation Water
